I actually found my inner domestic diva again and cooked up a couple of really nice dinners. I saved the best for Saturday night, marinated steak, sauteed mushrooms, and baked potatoes. We topped it off by sharing a small box of chocolates, some wine, and enjoying the ambiance of the fireplace. Yes, we had a very relaxing time, even with getting almost 5 inches of snow the last couple of days, and this morning I finally had to face the music and start cleaning up the house and doing the laundry that had piled up.

Thanks,
I drooled all over my shirt with you describing that dinner. Welcome back to your house on wheels.
Glad to hear that your home time went well. You always make your time at your second home sound just as comfortable/enjoyable as your dream home; well, you know what I mean. It all sounds very good and your home photos look beautiful; although I think I'll stay a valley boy--just don't like snow THAT much!
Good luck on the road.
C'ya on the hiways soon!!!
Is your home still under warranty? Perhaps someone should come and look at that deck. We have has several dumps of snow here, but for the most part it has been manageable.
Sounds like a great weekend!
That last picture is so pretty, is that your yard??
