WASHINGTON BEAUTY

As I mentioned yesterday, we had a beautiful drive from Chehalis to Yakima. Because of trucking, we are routed on roads we would have never of thought to travel, and have been given the gift of seeing nature at its best. Highway 12 in Washington State, cuts through both Gifford Pinchot National Forest and Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. You pass by at least 3 different lakes, deep gorges, mountains, lush greenery and pine trees. We hope to be able to drive through this area many more times on our travels.
